We had a queen room with a mini fridge, a hair dryer, and WiFi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Great location, the hotel was close to the train station. The property was set in a fairly nice area.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and cheerful, given its neighborhood, and easily accessible from anywhere in the city.
Our room was on the street side and so it was very very noisy. So we couldn't leave the window open at any time, and it got quite stuffy. The airconditioning worked but that wouldn't have provided fresh air. We also decided that we didn't need to be next to the train station, and plan to choose a hotel in the old town next time.

The room was nice and the staff were great.
The breakfast was good but a bit basic. We had real problems with their wifi

is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, if we go back to Naples, we will repeat. good value for money. On this occasion we did not include breakfast, from the other time, I remember it completely and more than acceptable. attentive and friendly staff. Due to its proximity to the Central Station and Circumvesubiana, location of the hotel is excellent if you are going to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Oplontis or Stabia, as well as for coming or going to the airport, as the Alibus stop is in Piazza Garibaldi. Although there is a bad atmosphere in the area, it seems unsafe because of the people who live around the station, it is not dangerous, there is a lot of police and even army presence. Nevertheless, it is not superfluous to be alert and cautious as a tourist.
only thing I don't recommend is the junior suite at two levels. Despite being very spacious, it is very uncomfortable if you need to use the washroom at night, as the beds are in the loft and toilet is on the ground floor. Although we already knew this when we booked, it became a problem.

Amazing stay with some quirks
The staff was really friendly and our room had this awesome wall mural. The breakfast was decent and they let us take food back for our family. WiFi wasn't great in rooms though, so just a heads up if you need it for work.

The shower was excellent. It has lots of character with cozy meeting rooms because it's an older hotel. Those staying at the hotel were all ages...groups of older women, highschool kids, young couples. It is very convenient transportation wise...the airport bus is just around the corner and the hotel is across the street from the main train station.
As soon as one books the full accommodation price is deducted from one's credit card. There is also no refund policy.

Naples is a very beautiful city, although a bit seedy unfortunately, it has worst reputation than what really is. This hotel is a good value for the money in a very convenient location and close to a great Pizzeria where I had the best Pizza of my life (at Via Nazionale). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is not the most beautiful one but it is not as dangerous as some reviews claim to be. Like in any big city it's only advisable to be smart. The Hotel overall is a bit old but confortable and clean. Good option for a few nights.

I loved how there were muffins and candies waiting in my room. The place has a nice lounge area and a cozy reading nook for relaxation after a long day. Just keep in mind that the surrounding area feels a bit rundown, but it didn't really affect my stay 😊

Grand hotel europa & restaurant is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from central station. The room wasnice and neat, and my daughter loved the spacious bathroom with a proper tub. The staff was super helpful, sending an engineer to assist with the air conditioning when I couldn't figure it out. Plus, there are friendly cafes nearby for breakfast!

It is very conveniently located to Naples stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is a blessing even though the menu is a little limited. Breakfast was about average for this type of accommodation. Extremely good value for money.
